Coming from humble beginnings, Daniel Avissato is no stranger to hard work. Originally from the North Shore of Staten Island, Daniel began his career as a union carpenter, contributing to numerous large-scale projects in Manhattan. With over a decade of experience in construction, he built a highly successful career but continually aspired for more. His drive and determination led him to become a business owner before the age of 30.
Daniel founded and operated Pet Oasis, a chain of pet supply stores on Staten Island that quickly dominated the local independent pet supply market.
By a twist of fate, the mother of one of his employees—a real estate broker—recognized Daniel’s unmatched work ethic and encouraged him to pursue a real estate license. Inspired, Daniel enrolled in a pre-licensing course the very next day. Within months, he was licensed in New York and began providing real estate services in the early 2000s.
Daniel’s dedication and drive quickly propelled him to success. He became a top-producing agent in record time, earning recognition as a top Realtor in his local market.
