I am so thankful we found Sal. I reached out to him in hopes of having him negotiate a short sale for my parents distressed home, but to my surprise he was able to do so much more. He was able to sell my parents home in less than a month and a half (from listing to closing), closing one week before the scheduled foreclosure sale. Because of Sal, my parents not only are walking away from this home without a foreclosure on their credit history, but are also walking away making a profit. Dora was truly patient and very understanding when it came to the long wait. She even found another place for me immediately with no hesitation, after disaster struck the place I was getting ready to move in to.
