Sal was truly a change from what we have usually encountered when people were interested in buying our property. He was persistent, but not pushy and he is respectful and isn’t just looking to make a quick sale. I am so thankful we found Sal. I reached out to him in hopes of having him negotiate a short sale for my parents distressed home, but to my surprise he was able to do so much more. He was able to sell my parents home in less than a month and a half (from listing to closing), closing one week before the scheduled foreclosure sale. I have a Voucher through the city and it can be notoriously difficult to find a place using the voucher and the process tends to be long at times. Dora was truly patient and very understanding when it came to the long wait. She even found another place for me immediately with no hesitation, after disaster struck the place I was getting ready to move in to.

Her communication with you is immaculate, and her attitude and personality are down to earth and honest (which I love). I had an interesting situation and sat down with Sal months back where immediately I felt he had my best interest at mind and answered every question I had in detail and professionally.

Now when it came time to get on top of this situation and get a deal done we jumped through hoops but Sal would not let a deal die for anything and he goes above and beyond to make it happen for you. I was able to purchase my child hood home out of foreclosure from my guardian and Sal was able to wave the armlength transaction and also liens and judgements... Everybody else I spoke with said this was not possible.
